My onboarding strategy is mainly based on the onboarding and integration of young executives who started their career during or after Covid Pandemy. We know how difficult it is to consider new parameters in the remote work and how difficult it is for teams now to meet physically regularly and bond professional relationship. For young executives arriving on the work market, it is very difficult to see things the same way older executives and company saw it starting to work before Covid. Coaching young executives for onboarding and skill elevation involves a strategic approach that focuses on both immediate integration and long-term development.
